March 8, 2012, at home.
Services will be at 11 a.m.
Wednesday at the Church of Jesus
Christ of Latter-day Saints
in Fruita.
Mr. Nix was a farmer.
Survivors include his wife,
Patsy; three sons, Steven of
Canon City, Thomas of Grand
Junction and Joseph of Colorado
Springs; three daughters,
Betsy Nix of Lafayette,
Kellie Cordova of Fruita, and
Jill Brundridge of Steamboat
Springs; one brother, Joel of
Fruita; two sisters, Annetta
Howell of Roy, Utah, and Jayne
Hawks of Fruita; and 13 grandchildren.
