Roger B. Peterson of Cedaredge,
CO passed away on Saturday,
May 12, 2012, at his home in Cedaredge,
CO. He was 62 years
old.
Funeral services will be held at
2:00 p.m., Friday, May 18, 2012,
at the Eckert Presbyterian Church
with the Rev. Jo DeVinny officiating.
Graveside Funeral Service
will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, May 21, 2012, at the Fairmont Cemetery
Denver, Colorado with James Gall Officiating.

Roger was born on June 27, 1949, in Denver, Colorado to Paul
Lyle and Leona (Eversman) Peterson. Roger spent his childhood in
Denver, CO, was an Eagle Scout and graduated from East High
School in 1967. He went on to further his education at the University
of Northern Colorado and graduated with the class of 1972.
Roger lived in Cedaredge for several years and spent his winters in
Scottsdale, AZ. He was an auto and aviation broker by trade. Roger
enjoyed golfing and automobiles and was an avid sports fan; he
watched cooking shows and had a fantastic sense of humor, he was a
lover of people and the outdoors.
Roger is survived by his loving wife, Deborah "Debba" Peterson of
Cedaredge, CO; two sons, Nate Peterson and Jordan Albi, both of
Denver, CO; one step-son, Joseph W. Ferguson (Miya) of Seattle,
WA; two brothers, Ronald L. Peterson (Janet) of Cedaredge, CO,
and Rodney D. Peterson (Virginia) of Scottsdale, AZ; three nephews
and their spouses, two nieces and their spouses, several
great-nieces and nephews, and one grandchild, Lillianne Ferguson.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Taylor Funeral
Service and Crematory.
