On March 19, Tommie Gannon fell asleep for the last time with
family by her side at Larchwood Inns.
Tommie is survived by two daughters, Sara Hyatt of Abilene, TX,
and Linda Leatherman-Jarboe (Roger) of Rifle, CO; five grandchildren
and four great-grandchildren.
She was born Tommie Catherine Kinnebrew in Electra, TX on
October 22, 1924, to Thomas Cooper Kinnebrew and Sarah Ethel
McClain. She lived in Odessa, TX from 1951 to 1999 when she
moved to Grand Junction, CO. She married Derald Wayne Bobo on
October 11, 1947, in Missouri City, TX. He passed in May 1970.
Beside Larchwood Inns, Tommie was a resident of Grand Junction
Care Center and Mantey Heights during her time in Grand Junction.
Thank you to all who helped to brighten her days and gave her
gentle, loving care.
Her services will be held on March 31 in Electra, TX, with the help
of Auld Funeral Home and Callahan-Edfast.
