JOSEPH BURSTING DEAD.
Wednesday morning Jesse SHERMAN received word from Grand Junction of the death during the preceding night of Joe BURSTING, a former citizen of Eagle.
For the past year the deceased has been in the real estate business with Charley LUMLEY at Grand Junction, and when Mr. LUMLEY returned home from a visit in Eagle the first of the week, he found his partner complaining of not feeling well. He rushed him to a hospital where he died from heart trouble within a few minutes after arrival.
Joe BURSTING was in the employ of Sherman Brothers for years at Leadville, and when they moved to Eagle county he came with them and remained on the ranch with them for several years, and later was in business in Eagle. He was a very likable man, with many friends in this vicinity who regret his death.
