AVON RESIDENT NANCY CAROL BUSCH DIES.
Nancy Carol BUSCH of Avon died at home Friday. She was 54 [sic. 57].
BUSCH was born in North Prairie, Wis., on Feb. 7, 1944 to Carl and Goldien KRETSCHMER. She married Florian Joseph "Joe" BUSCH on June 24, 1967. She has two children, Tania M. BUSCH-WEAK and Jeffery J. BUSCH.
Throughout her busy life, she has had several careers dedicated to helping people. Her recent focus was bringing affordable housing to the working men, women, and families of Eagle County.
She is survived by her husband Joe, her children Tania and Jeff, her mother, Goldien, her brothers Marvin, Gary, and Doug, and her sister Marilyn. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Beaver Creek Chapel.
A fund has been established through the Town of Vail in her name to help offset her medical bills at 479-2100. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to this fund or to the Melanoma Research Foundation at http://www.melanoma.org.
