Delta County resident, Delena
Robertson, passed away on Friday,
June 29, 2012, at the Willow
Tree Care Center in Delta, Colorado.
She was 78 years of age.
Upon Delena's request, no services
will be held.
Delena was born to Burr and
Grace (Brewer) Dyer on May 17,
1934, in Cedaredge, Colorado.
She spent her childhood and attended schools in Cedaredge and
Grand Junction.
Delena, a devoted mother and loving grandmother, enjoyed
spending time with family and she loved children. She will be
greatly missed by those who had the privilege to love and know her.
Delena is survived by one son, Chris R. Darling of Delta; two
daughters, Linda M. Wilson of Montrose, and Debi L. Nichols of
Eckert. She is further survived by four grandchildren; two
great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Delena was preceded in death by her son, Dean L. Robertson, and
six brothers.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Taylor Funeral
Service and Crematory.
