Mrs. Matilda REEVES, wife of M. M. REEVES, died at the home of Webb FROST in Eagle Wednesday morning, December 18, 1918. Mrs. REEVES had been ill for several weeks at their ranch home on upper Brush Creek and had come down to Eagle and was being cared for at the FROST home at the time of her death, which came rather unexpectedly, and is ascribed to no specific disease. She as 68 years old the first of last March. She and her husband have been residents of the Brush creek valley for the past six or seven years.
The funeral was held Thursday afternoon at 1 o'clock and the body laid to rest in the Eagle cemetery.
