Troy Clayton Goad, of Grand Junction, CO, passed away on
Friday, May 25, 2012. He was 39years old. Troy was born
and raised in Grand Junction and also resided in Basalt,
working as a landscaper. He was the second to the oldest
of six children. Troy unconditionally cherished spending
time in the mountains camping and hiking. Troy was a compas-
sionate,caring and fun person to be with. He embraced life and
enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Troy is survived by many people who will treasure his memory
forever; he is survived by his parents, Eddie and Gloria Goad (Hill)
of Clifton, CO; his sisters, Kimberly Archuleta (Bob) and Kristen
Long (Derek); his brothers, Nathan Goad (Heather), Clayton Goad
(Heidi) and Tyler Goad. He is also survived by his nieces, Sariah,
Brooklyn, Kylie and Dakota, and two nephews, Gunner and Ryker.
He is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
Troy was loved and will be forever missed passionately by all who
had the pleasure of knowing and loving him.
