Henry "Hank" John Trisler was
born on May 8, 1945, in Fairbury,
NE to Melvin L. and Edith (Fossler)
Trisler. He graduated from
Beatrice High School and received
his Associate Degree in
HVAC from Long Beach Community
College. Hank entered
into the U.S. Navy in 1963, and was aboard the USS Rogers DD876
until being honorably discharged in 1967.
Hank was the Nebraska Husker football teams number one fan. He
also loved having and working on classic Chevy cars.
Hank is survived by his wife, Kathleen D. Trisler of Fruita, CO;
daughter, Tina Marie Torres of Magnolia, TX; step-daughter, Correna
Causey of St. Clair, MI; brothers, Jack of Cortland, NE, and
Lee Trisler of Beatrice, NE; 12 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Margret Ann
Trisler; parents, Melvin and Edith Trisler; son, Henry John Trisler,
and step-daughter, Michelle Hess.
A visitation will be held on Monday, June 4, 2012, at Callahan-Edfast
Mortuary from 5 - 7:00 p.m. A graveside service will be held on
Tuesday, June 5, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at New Elmwood Cemetery in
Fruita, CO.
