Red Cliff Postmaster Died in New Mexico
Funeral services were held at the Episcopal Church in Grants, N. Mex. for Mrs. Martha Williams, Red Cliff postmaster, who died in Grants March 8, 1962 of cancer.
Martha E. Robinson was born in Kansas April 19, 1898 to Ellinora and John Robinson.
Mrs. Williams had been postmaster at Red Cliff for 23 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Max in 1942.
When she became ill a few months ago, she went to Grants to be near her daughter, Ellinora Beck.
Surviving other than Mrs. Beck is Mrs. Williams' son, Max F. of Las Vegas, Nev; six grandchildren Max, Earl and Marty Beck and Ronald, Richad and Becky Williams and four brothers, who live in Kansas.
The family asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the cancer fund.
