Julia Bapp RHODES, 77, of Amarillo, Texas, died June 9. Julia was born Nov. 24, 1935, in Syracuse, NY, to Frederick and Catharine White BAPP. She grew up in Roswell, N.M., along with her only sibling, Fred BAPP. She lived in Tokyo, Paris, Naples and Panama followed by several years residence in Eagle prior to her move to Amarillo.
Survivors include three children, Julie HARRIS of Amarillo, Mike RHODES of Haslet, Texas, and Mia GENTRY of Flint, Texas; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren with another on the way; her brother, Fred BAPP, of Denver; two nieces, Robyn and Amy; a nephew, Kevin; and one crazy dog, Polo Loco.
