Doyle Edward "Ed" Wilmoth
1917-1992
Ed Wilmoth died Dec. 31, 1992 at Valley View Hospital in Glenwood Springs. He was 75.
Mr. Wilmoth was born March 5, 1917 in Pocatello, Idaho to Doyle R. and Mabel P. (Roberta) Wilmoth. He was raised and educated in Glenwood Springs.
He married Jeanne Belluchie on Oct. 13, 1946 in Glenwood Springs. He was owner and operator of the EZ Way Car Wash in Glenwood Springs and was a life member of the local VFW. He enjoyed gardening, working and walking.
Survivors include: his wife, Jeanne of Glenwood Springs; daughters Jeannie (McClure) of Coston, Alaska; Lois Wilmoth of Ignacio; his son David Wilmoth Belluchie of Denver; his brother, Raymond E. Wilmoth of Silverton, Ore., and five grandchildren.
Services were held Wednesday, Jan. 6 at 2 p.m. at the Farnum-Holt Fujneral Home in Glenwood Springs. Dr. David Hostettler officiated. Cremation followed services. Memorials may be made to the charity of choice.
