HERSHEY WILSON DIED IN DENVER

Eagle friends learned of the death of Herschel Wilson in Denver early this week. He had been ill for some time.

Mr. Wilson lived here in the '30s and will be remembered by sports fans as a popular boxer when this area had a lively boxing program, managed by Wayne Jones. His former wife was Evelyn Buchholz of Eagle.

Mr. Wilson is survived by his two daughters, Bubbles and Patsy, and his wife, Thelma, of Denver.
