In loving memory of William Arthur Wallace Sr. — formerly of Southbury, Conn., and Wantagh, N.Y. — who passed away peacefully in Steamboat Springs on Feb. 5, 2013.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Helene. Born in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., he served in the U.S. Army during World War II and had a career with the United States Internal Revenue Service and the University of Hartford. He is survived by his son Bill and daughter-in-law Diane, of Steamboat; son Robert and daughter-in-law Laurie, of Ripon, Wis.; four loving grandchildren; and two cherished great-grandchildren.
His remains will be interred next to his wife, Helene, in Southbury at a later time.
