Former Hayden resident Lucille Marie Bartlett died April 10, 2008, at the Sandrock Ridge Care and Rehab Center in Craig. She was 92.
Lucille was born July 14, 1915, in Bay City, Mich., to Julius and Mary (Hoffman) Lambert. She was raised and attended school in the Bay City area. After high school, she attended Tri County Community College and became a medical assistant.
Lucille married Clarence J. Booth in Bay City in 1935, and to this union a son, Gerald, was born. She later married Sandy I. Bartlett in Bay City, and they resided in various places in Colorado including Conifer and Fort Collins. After Sandy's death, Lucille moved to Hayden in 1995 to be near her son.
Lucille was a member of Eastern Star and the Hayden Congregational Church. She enjoyed sewing and gardening.
Lucille is survived by her son Gerald B. Booth and his wife Phyllis Moore, of Hayden; stepsons Bruce Bartlett, of Durango, and Keith Bartlett, and his wife Connie, of Corvallis, Ore.; stepdaughter Bonnie Franklin and her husband Marvin, of Gypsum; and two stepgrandchildren, Ian and Sarah Bartlett.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, four brothers and three sisters.
Cremation has taken place, and memorial services will be held at a later date at the Hayden Cemetery.
