Melvin James Sampson, 64, Grand Junction, died Nov. 16,
2012, at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the shelter at Veterans Memorial
Cemetery of Western Colorado.
Mr. Sampson was a carpenter.
He is survived by one son, James of Grand Junction; one daughter,
Shaunte Miller of La Punta, Calif.; two brothers, Randy of
Michigan and Tim of California; and two grandchildren.
