Edward Tripler Schmalz, 73, Delta, died March 8, 2013, at Colorow
Care Center in Olathe.
Services will take place at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Michael’s Catholic
Church, followed by burial at Delta City Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Terri; a son, Daniel of Grand Junction;
a daughter, Melissa McClure of Grand Junction; a brother,
Steve of Delta; two sisters, Shirley Appelhanz of Montrose and
Kathy Gray of Woodland Park; and four grandchildren.
