George E. Hatton, 78, Delta, died March 19, 2013, at Delta
County Memorial Hospital.
Visitation will be from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Monday at Taylor Funeral
Service Chapel in Delta. A service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the
chapel, followed by interment at Mesa View Cemetery in Delta.
Survivors include his wife, Bea; nine sons, Mark of Delta, Terry
and Dennis of Hutchinson, Kan., Burrall Sanders of Falcon, Jess
Sanders and Dan Sanders, both of Delta, Wes Sanders of Wilton,
Calif., Hal Sanders of Delta, and Chad Sanders of Colorado Springs;
two daughters, Deb Kraai of Delta and Dorie Charlesworth of
Grand Junction; one brother, Bill of Hutchinson; four sisters, Annie
Markano of Wichita, Kan., Gaye Newton of Hutchinson, Leaura
Plummer of Johnson, Kan., and Lee Bjerky of Viroqua, Wis.; 45
grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.
