Jim passed away peacefully,
Saturday, March 16, 2013, at
Hospice Care Center. He wa s
born in Lynwood, California, to
James and Etta Eddy, on June 23,
1955.
At age 18, Jim started working
in the oil patch, as a rig hand.
Through the years, he started
driving and pushing trucks, for
miscellaneous oil field companies.
In December 1976, Jim married Ann Moody. They have a son,
Kelly Paul Eddy; three grandchildren, Lisa Brubaker, Jazmyn Eddy,
and Andy Shaw, and one great-granddaughter, Noel Brubaker.
Jim is survived by six sisters, Sue Strasser, Judy Dominice, Carol
McGhee, Anita Painter, Barbara Erickson, and Jane Kiser, and nu -
merous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents,
James and Etta; brother, Randall Eddy, and sister, Robin
Jensen.
There will be a Celebration of Life, 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 6,
2013, at Ed Moody's Residence, 2925 Amethyst Court, Grand Junction,
CO (29 1/4 and Patterson).
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Hospice Care Center.
Services are entrusted to Palisade Funeral Home.

James G. Eddy, 57, Clifton, died March 16, 2013, at Hospice & Palliative Care of
Western Colorado.
A celebration of life is planned for 2 p.m. April 6, at Ed Moody’s residence, 2925
Amethyst Court, Grand Junction (near 29 1/4 and Patterson).
Mr. Eddy was an oil field truck driver.
He is survived by his wife, Ann; a son Kelley Paul Eddy; six sisters, Sue Strasser,
Barbara Erickson, Judy Domince, Jane Kiser, Carol McGhee and Anita Painter;
three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
