Patricia L. Owens, 75, Paonia, died April 22, 2013, in Grand
Junction.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Paonia Christian Fellowship,
followed by burial at Bethlehem Cemetery in Paonia.
Survivors include four sons, Tim and Richard, both of Grand
Junction, Brian of Colorado Springs, and Robert of Fruita; one
daughter, Tina Vigueria of Paonia; 14 grandchildren; and two
great-grandchildren.

peacefully on Monday, April 22,
2013 at her son’s residence in
Grand Junction, Colorado. She
was 75 years of age.

p.m., Saturday, April 27, 2013 at
the Paonia Christian Fellowship,
235 Box Elder, Paonia, Colorado.
Interment will follow in Bethlehem Cemetery in Paonia, Colorado.
Patricia L. Graves was born on October 8, 1937 in Boulder, Colorado
to Lloyd M. and Patricia J. (Hurley) Graves. She attended
schools in Denver, Boulder and graduated from Paonia High School
in 1955. Following the death of her parents, she made her home with
her maternal Aunt and Uncle, Mary and Charlie Childress of Paonia.
Patricia married Richard Owens on May 28, 1955 in Amarillo,
Texas. They later divorced.
Patricia was past President of the Hotchkiss Emblem Club and was
a member of the Eagles Auxiliary in Grand Junction.
Patricia is survived by one daughter, Tina (Art) Vigueria of Paonia
and four sons: Tim of Grand Junction; Brian (Amy) of Colorado
Springs; Richard (Samatha) of Grand Junction and Robert of Fruita;
fourteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Michael.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made in Patricia’s
memory to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Research Foundation
at komen.org.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Taylor Funeral
Service and Crematory.
