Walter S. Roles was born on
February 10, 1927 and passed
away from heart failure on Ma y
28, 2013. He was 86 years old.
Walter was born in Kimbal,
Kansas to Willard and Lillian
(Kingery) Roles. He attended
various schools in Colorado, including
the Campion Academy in
Denver.
Walter married Betty J. Thomson in Grand Junction on June 5,
1954. He served in the U.S. Army for two years, and was a member
of the fifth infantry. He was a member of the American Legion.
Walter enjoyed hunting, and fishing. He spent his career as a truck
driver.
Memorial services are planned for Thursday, June 6th at 10:00 a.m.
at Martin Mortuary.
