Sonja Karen Swanson-O’Connor, 71, Paonia, died May 31,
2013, at St. Mary’s Hospital.
Services will take place at 2 p.m. Saturday at Cedar Hill Cemetery
in Paonia, followed by a reception at United Methodist Church in
Paonia.
Survivors include son Travis O’Connor of Kenai, Alaska; daughters
Melody Struna of St. Ignatius, Mont., LaVaun O’Connor of
Grand Junction, and Judy Goreham of Hoisington, Kan.; brother
Henry Robert Swanson of Thornton; sisters Fiona Swanson of Paonia
and Judy Jones of Hendrickson, Va.; seven grandchildren; and
one great-grandchild.
