Beverly J. Edwards, 76, Grand Junction, died June 3, 2013, at
Community Hospital.
Visitation will take place from 2 to 5 p.m. Monday and from 9 to 11
a.m. Tuesday at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary. Services will be at 11 a.m.
Tuesday at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary.
Survivors include one son, Dan of Clifton; two daughters, Terri
Watkins of Glenwood Springs and Pattie Martinez of Grand Junction;
one brother, Larry Phillips of Deming, N.M.; eight grandchildren; and
eight great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at
11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 11 at
Callahan-Edfast in Grand Junction.
A graveside service will
follow at 3:00 p.m. in Carbondale,
CO at Evergreen Cemetery. A
Celebration of life will be held
following the burial at the American
Legion Post #100 in Carbondale.
Bev was born in Aspen, CO to Harry and Velma Phillips and spent
her childhood there.
She met the love of her life, Jack L. Edwards and they were married
January 17, 1958, in Carbondale. They were blessed with three
children. Bev is now reunited with her soul mate.
Bev touched many lives with her huge heart, so comforting and
kind. Her laughter was contagious. Always amazingly thoughtful
and loving. She will be missed by many and cherished forever.
The happiest times were spent with family; fishing, boating,
hunting, camping and family vacations.
Bev is survived by a son, Dan (Bobbie) Edwards; daughters, Terri
(Roy) Watkins and Patti (Alan) Martinez; grandchildren, Suzie
(Scott), Misty (Paul), Jamie (Justin), Cody, Joshua, Matthew and
Anthony; eight great-grandchildren, and a brother, Larry Phillips.
She was preceded in death by her husband, father, mother, infant
daughter and grandson.
You will forever be the sunshine that lives within each of us.
