Cecil Robert Mills was born in 1926 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Cecil joined the Navy before working as a Conductor for the Railroad. He spent 87, wonderful years with us before passing away on January 27, 2014. He is preceded in death by his parents Cecil Charles Mills, and Bertha Lucille Mulder. He is survived by, spouses Mary Glee George, Velma Stone, Carol Hayes, Grace Boddy. Three Beautiful Daughters and their husbands, Beth and Mike Dwyer, Karen and Tom Cochran, Barb and Mike Turzanski. Cousins Carolyn, Harvey, Hampton, and Dennis. A legacy of grandchildren, and their spouses Jocelyn, (Jarrod), Lindsey, (Paul), Adam, (Jamie), Erin, and (Jason). Great- grandchildren Ryder, Sean, Tyler, Jasper, and arriving soon baby Hayden. Pastor Jeff Carlson will officiate the service that will be held Saturday at 11:00 at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Glenwood Springs.
