George Weirick Died At Age 90

Funeral services for George P. Weirick of Glenwood were conducted at the Farnum Chapel Oct. 10.

Mr. Weirick died October 7 at his home in Glenwood at the age of 90 years. He was born Feb. 26, 1873 at Shulton, Pa. and spent his childhood in Aspen and Glenwood and also had lived in Leadville.

He will be remembered by older residents of the area from the days he had "picture shows" in the various towns of the Eagle River Valley.
