Sarah Ann Wynne, 25, Grand Junction, died Sept. 20, 2013,
in Clifton.
A service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at The Church of Jesus
Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2542 G Road, followed by burial at Orchard
Mesa Cemetery.
Ms. Wynne was a surgery technician.
Survivors include her parents, Steve and Teresa of Grand
Junction; one brother, Bryce of Grand Junction; and two sisters,
Vanessa Young of Grand Junction and Rebecca Wilcox of Owasso,
Okla.

Sarah Ann Wynne
April 10, 1988 – September 20, 2013
Sarah Ann Wynne, daughter of
Steve and Teresa Wynne, was
born in Grand Junction, CO on
April 10, 1988. On September 20,
2013, she was involved in a roll
over car accident that took her
life.
She graduated from Grand Junction
High School in 2006, and
then attended AmeriTech College
in Provo, Utah, receiving her surgical
scrub technician certification.
Upon graduation, Sarah
came back to Grand Junction, interned
at St. Mary’s and then began
her career at Communit y
Hospital. With encouragement
from her co-workers and family,
she returned to school at Colorado
Mesa University to work towards
becoming a physician’s assistant.
Sarah loved to push the limits,
whether it was jumping her horse, snowboarding, duck hunting,
wakeboarding, or long boarding.
Her true passion was being the Super Fun Aunt; she is survive d by
her sisters, Vanessa (Ross) Young, and Rebecca (Joshua) Wilcox;
her brother, Bryce (Amy) Wynne; five nieces, and two nephews, and
a large and loving extended family.
Her infectious smile, “why not” attitude, making people laugh, and
playing hard, were her most amazing traits to remember. Close your
eyes and you can hear her ask, “Why so blue Panda Bear?” We love
you, Sarah!
Funeral services will be Saturday, September 28, at 11:00 a.m . at
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2542 G Road,
Grand Junction, Colorado, with the internment at Orchard Mesa
Municipal Cemetery.
