William “Bill” Roy Row “Snuffy”, 59, Hermosa, SD passed away
Monday, February 3, 2014 at his residence.
Bill was born June 28, 1954 to James and Shirley (Werner) Row in
Green Bay, WI. He moved with his family to South Dakota when her
was 12. He joined the Army after high school and served three years
mostly in Germany. After the military, he started his career in Law
Enforcement as a Ranger for the National Park Service working at Mt.
Rushmore National Memorial, Colorado National Monument and Badlands
National Park.
He retired in 2005 and has enjoyed more time hunting, fishing, ranching,
and spending time with his grandkids.
He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Row, Hermosa SD; daughters,
Tabitha Row, Grand Junction, CO, Samantha (Tim) Epler, Fairburn,
SD; and three grandchildren, Sarah, Andrew, and Joey Epler.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established to Wounded Warrior
Project or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
Services will be at 1:00pm Friday at Kirk Funeral Home with Rev.
Justin Trent officiating. Burial will follow at the Fairburn Cemetery.
