Jose Onesimo Herrera, 71, Grand Junction, died Feb. 15, 2014,
at his home.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday at Callahan-
Edfast Mortuary Chapel, with a rosary at 7 p.m. Mass will be at 11
a.m. Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with burial following at
Orchard Mesa Cemetery.
Mr. Herrera was an owner/operator of a mobile home service.
He is survived by his wife, Veronica Louise; three sons, Joe Tony
and Paul David, both of Corona, Calif., and Thomas Edward of
Grand Junction; three daughters, Sophia Mary Avina of Corona
and Donna Dee Herrera and Peggy Priscilla Rulf, both of Grand
Junction; three brothers, Samuel, Napoleon and Raymond, all of
Rocky Ford; two sisters, Gloria Lopez and Erlinda Garcia, both of
Rocky Ford; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild,
