Chester E. Kayton, 92, Grand Junction, died Dec. 27, 2013, at
Grand Junction Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
Services are pending with Martin Mortuary.
Mr. Kayton was a retired oil-field worker and military member.
Survivors include two sons, Robert J. of Portland, Ore., and Mike
Ethridge of Grand Junction; four daughters, Kathryn J. of Grand
Junction, Nancy Silvius of Victorville, Calif., Judy Reardon of
Fayetteville, N.C., and Ginger Hajoglou of Grand Junction; one
sister, Verna Erwin of Vero Beach, Fla.; 13 grandchildren; and
six great-grandchildren.
