Frances S. Carpenter, 71, Cedaredge, died Feb. 23, 2014, at Horizons Care Center in Eckert.
Visitation will be at noon and services at 1 p.m. Thursday at Cedaredge Assembly of God. Burial will be at Cedaredge Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, Jim; four son, Thomas “Tommy” Parham of Canada, Matthew Parham of Grand Junction, Patric Parham of Cedaredge and David Parham of Delta; two daughters, Cindy Dinwiddie of Murfreesboro, Tenn., and Theresa Peterson of Austin; one sister, Barbara Atencio of Farmington, N.M.; 21 grandchildren;
and five great-grandchildren. Memorial contributions to the Christian Motorcyclists Association, P.O. Box 9, Hatfield, AR 71945; or to the American Cancer Society,
