Norma Jean Thompson, 81, Delta, died Oct. 7, 2013, at Delta
County Memorial Hospital.
A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the First Baptist
Church in Delta. Burial will follow at Mesa View Cemetery in Delta.
She is survived by her husband James Thompson Sr. of New
Mexico; two sons, Ronnie Brown and James Thompson Jr.; both of Delta; three daughters, Linda Nation and Barbara Myers, both of Grand Junction and Brenda Brown of Delta,; four brothers, Hubert Taylor of Delta, Larry Tabor of Naturita, Leon Tabor of Grand Junction, and Jimmy Tabor of Cedaredge; two sisters, Lois Cribari of Montrose and Mae Riegel of Eckert; 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
