Services will take place at 11 a.m. Monday at Callahan-Edfast
Chapel.
Mr. Waddell was retired from the Marine Corps and a telephone company.
Survivors include his wife, Louise; two daughters, Wanda Weinreis of Rifle and Becky Williams of Grand Junction; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
