Survivors include his wife, Clarice; two sons, Brett and Brian;
two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Austin, Colorado resident, Rush A. Bagwell, passed away on Friday, August 15, 2014, at Horizon Care Center in Eckert, Colorado. He was 89 years of age.
Memorial services were held at 11:30 a.m., Friday, August 22, 2014 at Taylor Funeral Service Chapel in Delta, Colorado with Father Tom Seibert officiating. Entombment followed at Mesa View Cemetery in Delta, Colorado.
Rush Adams Bagwell was born on May 2, 1925 to Rush Alonzo and Maude Mattocks Bagwell in Santa Rita, New Mexico. He attended elementary school in Sliver City and Santa Rita, New Mexico and graduated from Hurley High School in 1943. He served in the United States Navy and was stationed in Pearl Harbor.
Following his discharge from the Navy, Rush returned to New Mexico and married Clarice York on August 29, 1947 in Santa Rita, New Mexico. The couple relocated to Denver, Colorado, and then later moved to Steamboat Springs, Colorado before retiring in Austin, Colorado.
Rush was an avid sports fan who also loved horses and the cowboy lifestyle. Most of all, Rush loved being with his family.
Rush is survived by his wife, Clarice Bagwell of Austin, Colorado; two sons: Brett Bagwell and Brian (Ann) Bagwell; two grandchildren: Travis (Deja) and Courtney (Chris) and three great-grandchildren: Jersey, Hunter and Brodie.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Taylor Funeral Service and Crematory.
