Wanda L. Pollock, 90, died May 19, 2014, at Medical Center of
the Rockies in Loveland.
Services are pending.
Survivors include one son, Daniel Pollock of Austin; one daughter,
Cheryl Paterson of Johnstown; five grandchildren and seven
great-grandchildren.

Wanda L. Pollock went to be with
the Lord on May 19, 2014.
Wanda was born in Balko, OK
to Ona (Bowlby) Ray and George
Ray Sr. She moved to Delta, Colorado
when she was four years old,
and attended schools from elementary
through high school. Wanda
married Avery Pollock, the love of
her live, in 1947. They built their home in Austin and lived there for the
next 64 years until Avery passed away in 2011.
Wanda and Avery were charter members of the Eckert Presbyterian
Church for all those years. Wanda was employed as a bookkeeper and
a rural mail delivery person. Wanda had been living with her daughter,
Cheryl and husband, Cam Paterson in Loveland for the past three and
one half years. She passed away peacefully at the Medical Center of
the Rockies in Loveland, Colorado.
Her parents preceded her in death, as did her husband Avery; sister,
Dorothy Ray, and brothers, Clyde Ray and George Ray.
She is survived by her brother, Don Ray; son, Danny (Diana) Pollock,
and her daughter, Cheryl (Cam) Paterson; grandchildren, Cheyennia
Pollock, Michelle Petrillo, Josh Paterson, Cameron Paterson, and Aaron
Paterson; many nieces, one nephew, and seven great-grandchildren.
A graveside inurnment service will take place at 1:15 p.m. at the Eckert
Cemetery on Saturday, May 31, 2014, with a memorial service to
follow at the Eckert Presbyterian Church at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May
31, 2014.
