Brandy Jane Gonzales
May 26, 1976 - January 27, 2015
Brandy Jane Gonzales passed away at University Hospital in Denver, Colorado after a tough fight with cancer.
She was 38 years old.
A visitation for family and friends will be 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. on Sunday February 1, 2015, at Taylor Funeral Service Chapel in Delta. A graveside funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, February 2, 2015, at Mesa View Cemetery in Delta, CO. A celebration of life will follow at 2:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Delta.
Brandy was born to Pete and Mary Jane (Martinez) Gonzales
in Delta, Colorado. Brandy grew up in Delta and Craig,
Colorado. She graduated from Delta High School in 1994 then furthered her education at Delta Montrose Tech College and at Colorado Mesa University. She graduated college in 1999.
Brandy was a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church in
Delta, Colorado.
She enjoyed spending time with her three children and her
family and friends. She also enjoyed scrapbooking and attended karaoke night and loved to sing.
Brandy is survived by her mother and step-father, Mary Jane
Gonzales and Richard Rodriguez; son, Teagun Eidan Brown;
daughters, Adryanna Rayne Vigil, and Ayvah Jayne Vigil;
sister, Jaimie Yolanda Rodriguez-Gonzales; nieces, Patricia and Sophia Rodriguez, and nephew, Jairo Rodriguez. She is further survived by grandparents, Connie Cisneros and Joe Rodriguez as well as loving aunts, uncles and numerous cousins.
Brandy was preceded in death by father, Pete Gonzales; uncle, Billy Gonzales; her grandparents, Eva and Pete Gonzales, and her grandfather, Julian Martinez.
In lieu of flowers, donations may made to the Brandy Gonzales Memorial Fund at any Wells Fargo Bank.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Taylor
Funeral Service and Crematory.
