Debra Sue Hoeckendorf, 56, Palisade, died Aug. 21, 2014, at
HopeWest Care Center. Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Callahan- Edfast Mortuary Chapel.
Ms. Hoeckendorf was a child day care center operator.
She is survived by her husband, Eugene; two sons, Eugene Jr. and Jacob, both of Grand Junction; one daughter, LaDawn Mills of Grand Junction; her parents, John and Marilyn Hoppe, both of Grand Junction; three brothers, Mark, John and Ed, all of Grand Junction; three sisters; Paula Donaldson of St. Joseph, Mo.; Twila Hahn of Norman, Okla. and Brenda Hoppe of Grand Junction; and six grandchildren.
