Judge LUBY died in Denver.
Judge William H. LUBY, long time resident of Eagle, died in a Denver nursing home Tuesday morning.
Funeral services were held in Leadville today and interment was in Ft. Logan National Cemetery in Denver.
Mr. LUBY had been District Judge of the Fifth Judicial District for 35 years before his retirement a little over a year ago, and he entered the nursing home a few months later.

Courthouse closed for LUBY Funeral.
The Eagle County Court House was closed this morning until noon, during the time of funeral services, being held in Leadville for the late William H. LUBY, former District Judge of the Fifth Judicial District, who died in Denver Tuesday.
