Minnie Louise Koele

Minnie Louise Koele, born December 14, 1924, in Evans, CO, passed away on October 15, 2014.
She is survived by 20 nieces and nephews, 50 grand-nieces and nephews and several great-grandnieces and nephews as well as many friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Koele; her parents, William Abraham Fox and Pauline Meyer; her sisters, Elsie Watts, Mary Parker, Grace Fox and Clara Jane Fox. Her youngest sister Flora was adopted as a child and we are unaware of her whereabouts.
During their 52 years of marriage, she and Clarence (Clip or Cliff) lived in Colorado, Texas, Pennsylvania, Montana, and California, but they always considered Colorado their home. They moved to Grand Junction when Clarence retired in 1987.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 18, 2014, at Martin Mortuary in Grand Junction, CO with a graveside service and interment in Evans, CO.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given in her name to Redlands United Methodist Church, 527 Village Way, Grand Junction, CO 81507 or HopeWest Hospice, 3090B N. 12th St., Grand Junction, CO 81506.
She touched the hearts of many and was loved by everyone she met.

Hospice Care Center.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Martin Mortuary.
Ms. Koele was a clerk.
