Survivors include his mother, Linda Ciasullo of Delta; his father, Timothy
Shaffer of Cedaredge; one brother, Curtis Hintz of Hotchkiss; two
sisters, Leah Garcia of Delta and Carrie Hintz of Denver; one stepsister,
Sarah Hepworth of Grand Junction; and a stepbrother, William Hepworth
of Mesa.
