Mr. Feliciano was a diesel mechanic and retired military.
Survivors include one son, Nelson Junior of Grand Junction;
three daughters, Jacqueline Ramos of Denver, Lindsey Ramos Alire of Grand Junction and Neladys Ramos of Grand Junction; one brother, Wilfredo of Adjuntas, Puerto Rico; two sisters, Antonia Ramos of St. Paul, Minnesota, and Mariana Ramos of Adjuntas; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Nelson Ramos Feliciano, 72, of Grand Junction CO, a loving husband, father, grandfather, and greatgrandfather entered into eternal peace on January 1, 2015, surrounded by his family.
Nelson was born January 26,1942, in Lares, Puerto Rico. He grew up in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico. Nelson graduated and joined the US Army. During his career he served four tours in Vietnam.
Nelson married the love of his life, Gladys E. Rivera, during
his military career and they traveled the world together. Nelson retired from the Army.
He and Gladys had four children, son, Nelson Ramos Jr. of
Grand Junction; daughters, Jacqueline Ramos of Denver, CO; Neladys Ramos of Kokomo, Indiana, and Lindsey Ramos Alire of Grand Junction. Nelson has one brother, Wilfredo Ramos from Adjuntas, Puerto Rico; two sisters, Antonia Ramos of St. Paul, MN, and Mariana Ramos from Adjuntas, Puerto Rico.
Nelson loved traveling, camping, fishing, hunting, and, having
cookouts with family and friends. He was cherished and loved
by his family and friends. He will be missed by his siblings,
children; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Nelson was preceded in death by his loving wife, Gladys;
mother, Margarita Feliciano of Adjuntas, Puerto Rico, and
father, Antonio Ramos, also of Adjuntas, Puerto Rico.
Funeral Services will be Tuesday, January 13, 2015 10 -11:00 a.m. at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 790 26 1/2 Rd. The memorial service will be at Grand Junction Funeral Home, 1022 Grand Ave. from 11:30 to 12:00 with graveside
services following at The Veterans Cemetery at 1:00 p.m.
