Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday and Friday
at Palisade Funeral Home. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at
Palisade Municipal Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Melva; three sons, William “Billy”
Emmons Jr., Diamond Culver and Anthony Hall; five daughters,
