Kenneth “Conrad” Hazelbaker, 81, Craig, died Jan. 21, 2015,
at Swedish Medical Center in Englewood.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at First Congregational United Church of Christ in Craig, followed by burial at Craig Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothyann; one son, Kevin Conrad of Las Cruces, New Mexico; two daughters, Kimarie Hazelbaker of Steamboat Springs and Debbie Beckett of Craig; one sister, Beverly Prosence of Meeker; and two grandchildren.
