Our beloved husband, dad, grandfather, and great-grandfather,
son of Walter Lawrence and Edith Sloss-Sheneman was born on
April 2, 1933, and passed peacefully on March 12, 2015.
He and Roberta Vaughn were married in Aspen, Colorado on
May 28th, 1955. He retired from the Air Force after 20 years,
then he worked as an auto mechanic after moving to Grand Junction.
He enjoyed going to Lake Mead and the Grand Mesa, fishing
with friends and family especially with his grandson.
He is survived by his wife of almost 60 years, Roberta; children,
Tammy (Gary) Berschauer; Walt (Alice) Lawrence; Lori
(Mark) Meyer; grandchildren, Carl and Chasity Gray; Cory and
Caleb; Levi Gray; Ondre’a and James Pettis; Sarah and Brian;
Krystal and Robert Helmer; Parker and Everlett; Lynde and
Levi Martin; Tyson, Riley and Lily; Alisha Lawrence and Zechariah
Mounsey.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, March
15, 2015, at Martin Mortuary. Committal services will be held
at 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 16, 2015, at the Veterans Memorial
Cemetery of Western Colorado.

Delmar Frank Lawrence, 81, Grand Junction, died March 13,
2015, at his home.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Martin Mortuary Chapel. Interment
will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Veterans Memorial Cemetery
of Western Colorado.
Mr. Lawrence was an automobile mechanic.
He is survived by his wife, Roberta; one son, Walt of Albuquerque,
New Mexico; two daughters, Tammy Berschauer of Whitewater
and Lori Meyer of Clifton; seven grandchildren; and nine
great-grandchildren.
