Edsel Ellsworth Holm, Sr.

Edsel Holm Sr. passed away at his home July 2, 2015.
He was born October 3, 1927, to John and Martha Holm in
New York City. Edsel was a retired plumbing and heating contractor.
He served in the U.S. Air Force. Edsel was a Life Member
Mason of Historic Matinecock Lodge #806, Oyster Bay,
New York. He was an avid reader, when not gardening or at St. Mary’s Life Center. He was married on August 19, 1950, to Jeanne Holm in Huntington L.I., NY.
He is survived by his wife, Jeanne; son, Edsel, of Port Orange, FL; daughter and son-in-law, Tiger and Dick Adams of Grand Junction, CO; granddaughter, Kirsten Ballew; two greatgrandchildren, and his brother, George Holm of Port Orange, FL. He is also survived by loving family, Elisabeth and Marvin Powers of Montrose, CO. He is preceded in death by his parents and granddaughter, Stephanie.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 7, from 5 - 7:00 p.m. at
Callahan-Edfast Mortuary. Graveside services will be Wednesday, July 8, 1:00 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Cemetery under the caring direction of Callahan-Edfast.

Edsel E. Holm Sr., 87, Grand Junction, died July 2, 2015, at his home.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Callahan-Edfast
Mortuary. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Veterans Memorial
Cemetery of Western Colorado.
Survivors include his wife, Jeanne, of Grand Junction; one son, Edsel Jr. of Florida; one daughter, Tiger Adams of Grand Junction; one brother, George of Florida; one grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.
