Ronald Ray Sales

Ronald Ray Sales, 64, of La Junta, passed away July 8, 2015,
in Pueblo.
He was born on March 2, 1951, to Edward and Mary (Jones)
Sales in Lamar, Colorado. He married Martha “Marty” Morley
in La Junta in 1977.
Ron had 14 years of schooling. He worked for Schauer Construction, HLM Construction in Swink, Gateway Construction in Grand Junction, where he became partner-ownership until retirement.
Ron enjoyed fishing, playing golf, riding RTV’s, and
helping others. He will be missed dearly.
He is survived by his wife, Martha “Marty” and his parents, Ed
and Mary Sales all of La Junta; grandchildren, Cody and
Connor Coblentz of Kentucky; brothers, Joe Sales of Garden
City, KS; Hugh Sales of Wichita, KS, and Steve Sales of La Junta.
He was preceded in death by his son, James Arthur Sales and sister, Sharon Burhenn.
Funeral service will be held on Monday, July 13, 2015, at
10:00 a.m. at the La Junta Baptist Tabernacle. Interment will be Tuesday, July 14, at 2:00 p.m. at Battlement Mesa Cemetery in Battlement Mesa, Colorado.
