November 6, 1938 - September 26, 2015
Mary was born in Johnstown, CO, but grew up in Loma, CO afer her family moved to the Western Slope. She attended school in Fruita, CO.
She was a waitress most of her life, raising her three girls.
She enjoyed sewing, crafts, and crocheting.
She passed away at HopeWest Saturday, September, 26, 2015, with great care.
Mary is survived by her children, Ruby (Sidney) Smith,
Barbara (Debbie Strawn) Jennings, and Fawn (Don Daniels)
Miller; grandchildren, Christina Faust, Tana Miller, Brittany
Daniels, and Theresa Yoder; great-grandchildren, Dylan
Walker, Markus Walker, Donavin Clark; a brother, Danny
(Phyllis) Montague; and sisters, Elsie (Riley) Hale, Shirley
(Tubby) Sanderson and Patty (Don) Burns.
She was preceded in death by both her parents, James and
Isabella Montague; brothers, Wayne Dort and Frank Montague; sisters, Elaine Flannigan, Sarah Powell and Lydia Medina; a daughter, Cynthia Martin; a grandchild, Justin J Miller; and four husbands, Benny, Ed, Jack and Don.
Arrangements are under the care of Callahan-Edfast Mortuary.
A small graveside service wil be at Memorial Gardens,
Thursday, October 1, 2015 at 1:30. A family gathering will
follow the service at the home of Ruby and Sidney Smith.
