Mary Ann Crews
April 12, 1935 - October 21, 2015
Mary Ann Crews, formerly
of Fruita, CO passed away on
October 21, 2015, in Mesa,
AZ where she had resided for
ten years.
She was born April 12, 1935,
in Maher, CO to Charlie and
Mary Childress.
Mary Ann is preceded in
death by her husband, Al
Crews. She is survived by
three loving children, Gary (Terra) Crews of Midway, UT; Pat
(Marie) Crews of Chandler, AZ, and Sandra Crews of Denver,
CO; in addition to seven grandchildren and eight greatgrandchildren.
Mary Ann is also survived by her sister, Hazel
Fitti of Delta, CO, and brother, Pat Childress of Delta, CO. Her
sister, Irene Hitchcock, of Anchorage, AK preceded her in death.
Mary Ann “Jo” was best known for her incredible knitting
talent early in life, her homemade hot rolls and her intolerance
for robins in the cherry tree.
A graveside service will be held in Crawford, CO on
November 7th, 2015 at 11:00 a.m.
