Joseph Dale Raff, 69, Grand Junction, died Oct. 14, 2015, at St. Mary’s Hospital.
Services will be at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado in April.
Mr. Raff was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
He is survived by his wife, Felecia; one son, Aaron of St. Cloud, Minnesota; three brothers, Richard of Ozark, Alabama, Dan of Grand Junction, and Don of Las Vegas; and two sisters, Kathy Nave and Barbara Raff, both of Grand Junction.

Joseph Dale Raff
September 2, 1946 - October 14, 2015
Our hero, Joseph Dale (Riff) Raff, left this world to be with the Lord, on October 14, 2015, at 11:20 p.m., due to complications from a massive stroke.
Dale served his country with honor in the U.S. Navy in the River Patrol Force (Brown Water Navy) from 1967 to 1969. He was in the Viet Nam War and also in the Tet Offensive. He was a two time Purple
Heart recipient as well as various other awards.
Dale is survived by his loving wife, Felicia Raff; his son,
Aaron Raff (Dawn); his grandchildren, Cassie, Ben, Bethany,
Carrisa, and Caleb; his brothers, Richard, Dan, and Don; his
sisters, Kathy and Barbie; his step-son, Brian and stepdaughters, Heidi and Katrina.
He will be cremated and his Celebration of Life will be held
early spring, in mid April, 2016 with full military honors.
