Dorsey Eugene Harmon
passed away peacefully at his
residence on September 17,
2015. He was 90 years old.
Dorsey was born on
September 2, 1925, to Willard
Harmon and Veda Jorgensen
in Grand Junction, Colorado.
He was an automotive
electrician for 40 years, and in his down time he enjoyed
spending time with his family while fishing or bike riding. His
family was always his number one source of pride and joy.
He was married to Marie Fox for 40 years prior to her death,
then married Barbara Larsen. He leaves behind his legacy of
three sons, Russell, Robert, and Ricky, and two daughters,
Sheryl Harmon and Leanne Dudley. His life was blessed with
12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Services will be on Saturday September 26, 2015, at the
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 2949 US Highway
50, Grand Junction, CO 81503. Visitation will be 9:00 - 9:45
a.m. with Funeral Service at 10:00 a.m.. Graveside service to
follow at the Orchard Mesa Cemetery. He will be dearly missed
by all his family and friends.
