Doris Jean “Sue” Hawthorne, 71, Grand Junction, died Nov.
17, 2015, at HopeWest and Hospice Care Center. Services are pending
with Brown’s Cremation and Funeral Service.
Mrs. Hawthorne was employed in retail sales.
She is survived by her husband, William W.; three sons, Darvin
Fisher of Grand Junction, Jerry Hawthorne of Dallas, Texas, and
Mark Hawthorne of Castle Rock; one daughter, Nanette Martin of
Grand Junction; two sisters, Pansy McNeeley of Sacramento, California,
and Jessie Swafford of Oregon; nine grandchildren and two
great-grandchildren.
